AN ORDINANCE mmending Use and Area Maps of' Ordinance No, 1792 and de-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Use and Area ~laps of Ordinance No. ,.1792 be and they
are amended in their conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property: The west 159 feet of the north
half of Lot 4, Tract 2, Decatur Acre Tracts, according to plat thereof rec-
orded in volume 2 of Plats, page 53, records of said county; EXCEPT streets.
Beginning at 'the Southwest corner of Lot 5, Tract 2, Decatur Acre Tracts, ac-
cording to plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, p~ge 53, records of Kitsap
County; 'thence East 129--~- feet; thence North 71 feet; thence West !29-~ feet;
thence South 71 feet to point of beginning; EXCEPT portion, if any lying
within ~infield Avenue, be rezoned from Residential - One (R-i) to Business -
Three (B-3).
Section 2. '~'hat by' reason of change in 'tHe Use and Area Maps, an emer-
gency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and chis Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of thepublic peace, health and safety of the
citizens of Bremerton, and for the j~ene~al welfare, and the same shall be in
full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
hy the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 19th day of August, 1959.
