AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792, re-
pealing Ordinance No. 2343 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o That Ordinance No. 2343 be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
Section 2. *hat pursuant to Resolution No. 80 of the Planning Com-
mission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance 1792
be, and 'they are hereby amended in conformity:.-with Chapter ~, Title 4
thereof, as follows: The South 600' of Parcel 9, Block 4, Plat of 2nd
Addition to Sheridan Park, be rezoned from Residential - one (R-i) to
Residential - two (R-2).
Section 3. '£hat by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an
emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and
safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and the
same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and pub-
lication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 1st day of July, 1959.
