AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
repealing Ordinance No. 2345, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2545 be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
Section 2. That pursuant to Resolution No. 81 of the Planning
C~mission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title
4 thereof, as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of the
Southwest ~ of the Wouthwest ¼ of Section 14, Township 24 N.
Range 1EWM; thence South lO21,28" West along the west line
of said Section 14 a distance of 30 feet to the south margin
of 6th Street, and the true point of beginning; thence con-
tinue South lO21,28'' West along said section line 330 feet;
thence South 88o25,27" East 300 feet; thence North lO21,28.
East parallel to the West line of said Section 14 a distance
of 330 feet to the south margin of 6th St.; thence North 88o
25'27" West along the south margin of 6th St. 300 feet to
the true point of beginning.
Also Lots i thru ll, Block 8, First Addition to Charleston
as recorded in Vol. 4 of Plats, page 57, records of Kitsap
County, Washington.
be rezoned from Residential - One (R-l) to Business - Three (B-3).
Section 3. That by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, and
emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health,
and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare,
and the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 24th day of June, 1959.
