AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 and de-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Zhat pursuant to Resolution No. 80 of the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area ~*aps of Ordinance 1792 be,
and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter l, Title 4 thereof,
as follows: Parcel 9, Block 4, Plat of Bnd Addition to Sheridan Park, be
rezoned from Residential-one (R-l) to Residential-two (R-B).
Section B. That by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an em-
ergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is nec-
essary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safe-
ty of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and the same
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, sign-
ed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this B?th day of May, 1959.
