AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 and de-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Zhat pursuant to Resolution No. 79 of the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance 1792 be,
and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter l, Title 4 thereof,
as follows: Lots l, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 8, National City, as per volume
2 of Plats, page 33, except State Highway No. 21, be rezoned from Resident-
ial one (R-l) to Business three (B-3).
Section 2. That by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an emer-
gency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety of the
citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in
full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the 0fry Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pass-
age this 27th day of May, 1959.
