AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 78 of the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area ~aps of Ordinance 1792 be,
and they are hereby amended in conformity with ~hapter l, Title 4 thereof,
as follows: Lot 17, Block l, Third Addition to Sheridan Park, Kitsap Coun-
ty, State of Washington, EXCEPT the Southeasterly 200 feet thereof~ be re-
~oned from Residential one (R-l) to Business three (B-Z*.
Section 2. That by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an
emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is nec-
essary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safe-
ty of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare, and the same
shall be in full forQe .an~ effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, sign-
ed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 29th day of April, 1959.
