AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 and
declaring an emergency.
'.THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant!.~to Resolution No. V7 of the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1~92.
be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with Chapter l, Title 4,
thereof, as follows: The Sou~h 300 feet of Lot 21~ Block 2, Plat of the
Third Addition to Sheridan Park, an addition to the City of Bremerton, Wash-
ington, as recorded in Vol. 8 of Plats, pages 84 to 87, records of Kitsap
County., be rezoned from Residential one (R-l) to Business three (3).
Section 2. ~hat by reason of change in the Use and Area Maps, an
emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety of the citizens of Br~merton, and for the general welfare, an~ the
same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publi-
cation.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City 'of Bremerton, sign-
ed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 29th day of April, 1959.
