AN OROINANCE establishing office hours of the Bremerton City
Hall, repealing Ordinance No. 1938 and 2165 and declaring an emer-
gency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Effective the 1st day of May, 1959, all offices
of the City of Bremerton, Washington, located and maintained in the
City Hall, with the exception of the Police Department and the
Traffic Violations Department of the Municipal Court shall be kept
open for the transacation of business during the hours of 8:00 A.M.
to 5:00 P.M. of eac~ business day' from Monday through Friday of
each week, holidays excepted. Included within said hours shall be
a lunch period £or employees of one hour duration. Such offices
shall be Closed on Saturdays and holidays.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 1938 and 2165 be and the same are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. 'fhat an emergency exists affecting the public
peace, health and safety of the City of Bremerton, and this Ord-
inance shall take effect immediately following passage and publi-
cation.
APPROVED on first reading this 8th day of April, 1959.
PASSED on second re. ading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by thS'M~yor and attested by the City Cle~k in
authentication of such passage this 15th day of April, 1959.
