owner and adopting Chap i3er 35."69 ~f R.C.W. and d~claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~/IERTON ~ES O[tDAIN:
Section 1. Chapter 35.69 of the Hevised Code of Washington is
hereby adopted for the regulation of the construction and reconstruc-
tion of sidewalks, the expense of which is to be. born by the abutting
owner and the provision of this Ordinance will be in addition to any
other method provided for by Ordinance of the City of Bremerton.
Section 2. An emergency exists affecting the public peace, health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Bremerton, a~d.~thi'Sr
0rdina~ce sh~ll be in effect i~ediately following passage and publication.
Passjed unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 25th day of March, 1959.
