AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area ~aps of Ordinance No.
1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY· OF BREMERTON ~I~S ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~hat pursuant to Resolution No. V6 of the Planning
Conmission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area '"aps of Ord-
inance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby ~ended in confo~.mity with
Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
Being Parcel 2, portion of former qualheim Hill Housing
project site, section 16, Township ~4 North, Range 1,
EWM, also described as being that property bounded by
Arsenal Way, Burwell Street, Casad Ave, and 5th Street
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
be rezoned from Resi~ential one (R-I) to Business three (B-3).
Section ~. That by re~son of change in the ~se and Area Maps,
an emergency exists and is hereby declared 'to exist, and this Ord-
inance is necessary f'o~~ the lm~nediate preservation of the pu~lic
peace, health and safety of the citizens of' Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall 0e in full force and effect im-
mediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 4th day of March, 1959.
