AN ORDINANCE establishing a CumulatfEe Reserve Fund for
General Municipal Purposes, specifying the purposes for which
moneys from the said fund may be expended, and specifying the
sources of'revenue to said fund.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Treasurer of'the City of~Bremerton is
authorized and directed to establish a Ctm~ulative Reserve Fund
for General Municipal Purposes.
Section 2. Moneys may be expended froms aid cumulative
serve fund under the direction of the City Council of the City
of Bremerton for:
(a) Acquisition or improvement of land and buildings for
any municipal purposes;
(b) Construction, alteration or repair of any public build-
ing, structure or facility.
(c) Acquisition of furniture, fixtures and equipment for
any municipal building, or for any municipal purposes, and
(d) Costs incidental to relocating and the providing of
service by city departments during construction or reconstruc-
tion of municipal buildings.
Section 3. The City Treasurer is authorized and directed to I
place in said' fund all the proceeds of the sale of the Sheridan
Park Fire Station, and all the proceeds of the sale of the Civic
Center building, and funds from other sources as may be directed. ............
APPROVED on first reading this 1Vth day of February, 1959.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 25th day of February, 1959.
