AN ORDINANCE relating to plumbing; providing for the examination and
licensing of journeyman plumbers, and for the licensing, registration and
bonding of master plumbers; creating an Examining ~oard for Journeyman
Plumbers, definin6 offenses and providing penalties for violation hereof,
and amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 8V5o
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~hat Section 4 of Ordinance 8V5 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 4. EXA~IiINING !30ARD FOR PLUMBERS. There is hereby created an
examining board for plumbers, consisting of ~ur (4) members to-wit: The Oity
Health Office, a Master Plumber, a Journeyman Plumber, and the City Plumbing
Inspector. The Oity Plumbing Inspector shall act as Secretary of said board
butshall receive no compensation as such. The City Engineer and the Oity
Building Inspector shall constitute and act ~n .a~vis~r~co~ittee to the ax-
amining board for plumbers. They shall receive no compensation for their ser-
vi~s while acting in such capacity.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, on first reading'
this 21st day of January, 1959.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, on final reading,
signed 'by the Mayor and attested by the City ~lerk in authentication of such
passage this 4th day of February, 1959.
