AN ORDINANCE providing for the abandonment of all unexpended funds appro-
priated in the 1958 Budget, excepting certain designated funds, and providing
that certain designated funds shall be carried forward and remain in full force
and effect, and be held available for the purpose of such budgetary appropria-
tions, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON WES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That all sums provided in the budget for the year 1958 which
remain unexpended on January 20, 1959, shall be abandoned on said date, ex-
cept the following which shall remain in full force and effect and shall be
held a~ailable during the year 1959, unless hereafter specically abandoned by
ordinance.
General Fund: Police - Capital Outlay - Radios

Water Fund: Supply - Capital Outlay - Automotive Eqpt.
Distribution-Cap. Outlay- Automotive Eqpt. 1,6~4.42

Sewage Disposal-Cap. Outlay-Automotive Eq.
Section 2. An emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety of the citizens of the City of Bremert'on, and shall be effective upon
passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and aOtested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
22nd day of January, 1959.
