TH~ CITY OF BREMERTO~ DOES OR.,DAIN:
Section 1. That Section~.'7 of Ordinance No. 2068 is
hereby a~nended to read as~ follows:
Section 7. Fire permits may b~"obtained for burning in
the residential areas outside of.fire zones 1, 2, and 3, for
a period of one (1) year providing burning is in an oil drum
equipped with a spark attester screen of not less than
gauge wire or equivalent weight material of mesh opening not
large'~ than one-half inch, or similar types of plain or gal-
vanized steel or masonry prefabricated rubbish burners, if it
is the opinion of the inspector that requirements of this
ordinance are maintained.
APPROVED on first reading this 18th day of November, 1959.
PASSED on second reading by the Ci'ty Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this
