ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 3438,
codified as BMC 17.04.010 and adopting
the Uniform Building Code, 1979 Edition
THE CITY OF BRES~RTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 3438 which is codified as
BMC 17.04.010 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: The Uniform Building Code 1979 Edition,
published by the International Conference of Building Officials,
is hereby adopted in its entirety, including Related Standards
and Appendices except the following:
a) Section 301-B(2)
b) Chapter 12 of the Appendix
c) Chapter 51 of the Appendix
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
