ORDINANCE NO. ~3~/
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance
No. 3012, as amended by Ordinance
No. 3024, codified as BMC 5.50,
relating to ambulances and the
licensing thereof, and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 3012, as amended by
Ordinance No~ 3024, and codified as BMC 5.50, be and is hereby
repealed.
Section 2: For the reason that the State of Washington
has pre-empted by legislation the specific subject of Ordinance
No. 3012, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and it is
hereby found necessary for the public health, welfare and
safety that the ordinance become effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Commissioners of the
City of Bremerton, Washington at a regular open meeting this
