AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No..1792

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
1 thereof as'follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 Andreason Rippey's
let Addition
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3) subject to the following conditions:
1. The site is to be used for off-street parking only.
2. Vehicular access shall be provided to both the alley
abutting and to-McKenzie
3. The existing residence and any accessory structures
are to be removed prior to improving the total of both lots for
off-street parking.
4. The site shall be brought into full compliance with
the above conditions and with building and zoning codes by
January 1, 1980 or the property herein described shall revert to the
zone classification it held immediately prior to the passage of
this Ordinance.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
