AN ORDINANCE granting a right-of- Re~°rding~'~
way vacation (Shildmyer) County Assessor ~

THE CITY oF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That a right-of-way vacation be granted on real
property described as follows:
A portion of Kitsap Way right-of-way located at
the NW corner of Weslon Place in Bremerton,
Washington, being a vacant area of 400 square
feet, more particularly described in "Exhibit
A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
and the same hereby is granted subject to the following conditions:
1. This vacation is subject to any existing utility easements.
2. Pursuant to RCW 47.24.020, paragraph 14 and other applicable
laws and Ordinances, the applicant, GREGORY SHILDMYER of 905 Weslon Place,
Bremerton, Washington, shall pay the City one-half of the appraised value
of the property, said sum being $80.00, which is one-half of the appraised
value of $160.O0.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first reading this 3Oth
day of May, 1979.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 5th day of June, 1979.
