kN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
(Puget Sound Power and Light).
THE CITY OF BRE~.~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof as follows:
NW corner of Sylvan Way and Almira Drive, east
of existing substation Lot 24, Plat of Sylvan
Park except the West 148.37 feet; 1300 Sylvan Way.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. That the site shall be developed for the Western
Division Headquarters of Puget Power essentially in a manner the same
as the site plan submitted except as it need be modified to meet
existing codes.
2. The Engineering and Traffic Departments to Work with
Puget Sound Power and Light to reduce the congestion at the inter-.~
section of Almira and Sylvan.
