ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 and
repealing Section 8 and 10 of Ordi-
nance 2019 which Sections are codi-
fied as BMC 5.42.030, 5.42.080 and
5.42.100 respectively relating to
Hotels and the licensing thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Section 3 of Ordinance 2019 which is
codified as BMC 5.42.030 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The fees to be charged for a license hereunder shall
be as follows:
Ten dollars per year plus one dollar per unit per
year for each Hotel subject to this ordinance.
