ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE repealing Section 3 of
Ordinance 2177 which is codified as
BMC 5.80.030 relating to Amusement
devices and the licensing thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance 2177 which is
codified as BMC 5.80.030 be and is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~0~ day of March, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~--Nday of March, 1979..
