ORDINANCE NO.~I~
AN ORDINANCE repealing Sections 8 and 10
of Ordinance 1908 which are codified as BMC
5.46.130 and 5.46.150 respectively relating
to Liquor establishments and the licensing
thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That sections 8 and 10 of Ordinance' 1908
which are codified as BMC 5.46.130 and 5.46.150 respectively
be and are hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~0~ day of March, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this~]~--~day of March, 1979.
