ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 7 and
8 repealing Section 6 of Ordinance 200
as amended by Ordinance 2961 which codi-
fied as BMC 5.36.040, 5.36.050 and 5.36.
030 relating to Circuses and Public
Amusements and the licensing thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Section 7 of Ordinance 200 as amended by
Ordinance 2961 codified as BMC 5.36.040 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
The proprietor, owner or manager of each ministrel or
vaudeville show shall pay the license fee of twenty five dollars
per day.
SECTION 2: Section 6 of Ordinance 200 as amended by
Ordinance 2961 codified as BMC 5.36.050 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
The proprietor, owner or manager of all other shows,
exhibitions, concessions, games or other public amusements having
a duration of less than thirty days not enumerated in this chapter
and not specified in any other part of this code shall pay a
license fee of twenty five dollars per day.
SECTION 3: That Section 6 of Ordinance 200 which is
codified as BMC 5.36.030 be and is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~]l"~day of March, 1979.
