ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 and
repealing Section 6 of Ordinance 653
which sections are codified as BMC
5.34.030 and 5.34.060 respectively
pertaining to skating rinks and the
licensing thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Section 3 of Ordinance 653 which is codified
as BMC 5.34.030 is hereby amended to read as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or
corporation owning or having control of premises used as a skating
rink to allow intoxicated persons on the premises or to allow or
permit any disorderly conduct or conduct tending to endanger
persons or property, or to allow or permit any unsanitary conditions,
or conditions hazardous to human health to exist on said premises.
SECTION 2: That Section 6 of Ordinance 653 which is
codified as BMC 5.34.060 be and is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on 'the first reading this
