ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No.
1909 as amended by Ordinance No.
2531 which ordinance is codified as
BMC, Chapter 5.28 pertaining to trade
stimulations and the licensing thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance 1909 as amended by Ordinance
2531 codified as BMC 5.28 be and is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of March, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~ day of March, 1979.
