AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of
Ordinance 841 which is codified as
BMC 5.02.280 relating to Business
Licenses and Regulations.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance 841 which is
codified as BMC 5.02.280 be amended to read:
All annual licenses hereafter issued by the City shall
run from the first day of July of the year in which they are
issued, through the last day of June of the succeeding year.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~0~'~'~ day of March, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~71'-~d~%~ of March, !979.
