AN O~IANNCE amending Section 3(U)
of Ordinance 3147 which is codified
as BMC 15.04.220 relating to adjust-
ments to excessive registration of
water meters.
THE CITY OF BREMER?ON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Section 3(U) of Ordinance 3147 which is
hereby codified as BMC 15.04.220 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
In the event of excessive registration of water meters,
caused by broken or leaking water service pipe within or abutting
upon the premises of any customer, without knowledge or fault of
the customer, an aa]ustment may be made upon written application
~urin9 any period of twelve months and after complete and satisfactory
repairs have been made. The basis of such adjustment shall be the
normal consumption under similar operating conditions.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~ ~ day of February, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
