AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No's 2099
and 2325 which are codified as BMC Chapter
18,12 relating to Oil Burners and Storage
Tanks.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Ordinances 2099 and 2325 codified as BMC
18.12 be and are hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
~--~ day of February, 197,9.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this~day of March, 1979..
