AN ORDINanCE amending the use and Bremerton Sun/
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof as follows:
That portion of the following described tract lying
northerly of 6th Street.
That portion of Lot 47, Block 2, Brentwood Park,
according to plat recorded in Volume 5 of Plats,
page 6 in Kitsap County, Washington, lying southerly ~.
and Easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 47;
thence South 26°56'31'' West along the Westerly line
thereof, 54.65 feet to the beginning point of said'
line; thence South 68o03'29'' East 150.0 feet; thence
North 26°56'31'' East 48 feet, more or less, to a
point on a line parallel to and distant 50 feet as
measured at right angles to Northerly line of said
Lot 47; thence Easterly along said parallel line to
a point on a line parallel to and distant 30 feet as
measured at right angles to the Easterly line of
said Lot 47; thence Northerly along said parallel line
50 feet, more or less, to Northerly line of said Lot
and the terminus of said line. LESS: All that
portion lying within a strip of land 100 feet wide,
being 40.0 feet Northerly and 60.0 feet Southerly when
measured at right angles and or radially from the RP

center line survey of Primary State Highway No. 21,
(SR 93) Arsenal !~ay to Chico.
(Approximately 180 feet west of Auto Center Way on the
north side of 6th Streets
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the following restrictions:
1. That parking area be asphalted and the turn around
marked "No Parking - Turn Around Only".
2. That screening be provided per existing codes.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
