AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
(Simpson)
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof as follows:
2913 Porter Street, Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 26
Charleston
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Commercial (C) and
Residential-TwO (R-2) to Business-Two (B-2), subject to the following
restrictions:
1. The use of the site shall be limited to business office
use only.
2. The existing residential structure shall be remodeled
for the use allowed in ~1 above. Any new buildings must be low
profile and residential in character with off-street parking to meet
any future requirements.
3. No construction equipment or construction materials
shall be stored at the site.
4. Any on-premise sign advertising the business shall be
erected flat against the main building or be in the form of a ground
sign not to exceed 3 feet above ground level.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
