ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE proclaiming a name for the
single unnamed cul-de-sac in the recorded
plat of Sylvan Headows situated in the
NE¼ of the SW¼, Sec. 2, T24N, R1E, WM
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a certain cul-de-sac street lying in
recorded plat of Sylvan Meadows in the Northeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter, Section 2, Township 24, Range 1 East, W.M.,
and described as follows:
Running westerly from Pine Road a distance of
approximately 195' between lots 1, 2 and 3 and
lots 6, 7 and 8 of the Plat of Sylvan Meadows
heretofore unnamed shall hereafter be known as Pennie Lane.
Approved on first reading this ~-'~" day of February 1979.
Passed on second reading by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~O1~;~ day of
February 1979.
