AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof as follows:
1221 6th Street; Lot 7, Block 1, Queen Anne
Addition to Bremerton
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business One (B-l) subject to the following conditions:
1. Use of property be limited to a two-operator, two-
chair beauty salon;
2. Existing residential structure shall be used for the
purpose stated. Any new use of the site or new principal structure sba]]
be approved by the Planning Commission; and
3. Parking area shall be blacktopped and screened.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
lg~-~-~day of January, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this ~3~day of January, 1979.
