AN ORDINANCE granting a right-of-wayRec0rding ~
vacation. (BRC Partnership) Bremert0n Sun /
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That a right-of-way vacation be granted on
real property described as follows:
A portion of Kitsap Way right-of-way located
at 3711 Kitsap Way in Bremerton, Washington,
being an area approximately 10 feet by
72.44 feet, more particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
and the same hereby is granted subject to the following condition.
Pursusant to .RCS~ 47.24.020, paragraph 14 and other
applicable laws and ordinances, the applicant, James Robinson,
4904 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, Washington shall pay the city one-half
of the appraised value of the property, said sum being $810.00
which is one-half of the appraised value of $1,620.00.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of Block A, Oyster Bay Addition to Port Orchard Navy
Yard, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 63, records
of Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginnning at the southwest corner, said Block A; thence
north l°00'49'' east along the west line of said Block A a distance
of 119.85 feet to the southeast margin of Kitsap Way and the True
Point of Beginning; thence north 47°52'57" east along said margin
72.44 feet; thence north 42"07'03'' west 10 feet; thence south
47052'03'' west to a point north 1~00'49'' east of the True Point
of Beginning; thence south l°00'49" west to the True Point of
Beginning.
The parcel is a portion of the Kitsap Way right-of-way
approx. 10' x 72.44' fronting 3711 Kitsap Way.
