AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No.
3147, Section IV, Subparagraph H.2.d
as amended by Ordinance No. 3217,
Ordinance No. 3184 and Ordinance No.
3301.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section IV, Subparagraph H.2.d of
Ordinance No. 3147, as amended by Ordinance No. 3217,
Ordinance No. 3184 and Ordinance No. 3301 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Sewer service charges, which billings are
produced during June through Novembe~ shall
not exceed the charge based on the largest
bimonthly consumption of water during the
immediately preceding period from December
to May..
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first
reading this 30th day of October, 1979.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 13th day of November,
1979.
