ORDINANCE NO. ~j~
AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 3149
and Ordinance No. 3248 relating to the
Uniform Plumbing Code and codified as
BMC 17.28 and BMC 17.28.160D respectively.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3149 codified as BMC
17.28 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 3248 codified as BMC
17.28.160D is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
