AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 3280
which is codified as BMC 10.04.033 and
adopting certain State Statutes by reference
relating to Driving a Motor Vehicle While
Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor
and/or Drugs and the penalty provisions thereof
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance 3280 which is codified
as BMC 10.04.033 be and is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: The provisions of the following laws
are adopted by reference as set forth in the text of said
laws and said provisions are adopted as part of the traffic
code of the City of Bremerton.
a) Laws of 1979 let Ex Session, Chapter 176,
Section 1, Section 2, and Section 8.
b) RCW 46 61 506 as amended by Laws of 1979 let Ex
Session, Chapter 176, Section 5
c) RCW 46.61.515 as amended by Laws of 1979 let Ex
Session, Chapter 176, Section 6
d) RCW 46.20.308 as amended by Laws of 1979 let Ex
Session, Chapter 176, Section 3
e) RCW 46.52.100 as amended by Laws of 1979 let
Ex Session, Chapter 176, Section 4
f) RCW 46.64.017 Laws of 1975, Chapter 565, Section 3
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
