ORDINANCE NO. ~3
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3147
. relating to applicants eligible for Water
Service and requiring Water Service
accounts to be in the name of the owner
of the premises served.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3147, Section 3(P) is
amended as follows:
Whenever the owner of premises connected to the
city's water supply system desires to have water supplied to
the premises for his own or another's use, he shall notify the
Water Department and request that the water be turned on at
the premises or provide written designation of an agent who may
request such water service. The account shall be in the name
of the owner but may be mailed to such address as requested by
the owner or designated agent. The account will be terminated
only upon transfer of ownership of the property.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
