AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance
No.'3036 and Ordinance No. 3195
bY changing the land use restric-
tions imposed on certain property
therein described.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3036 and Ordinance No. 3195
are hereby amended by exempting the fo%lowing.described property
from the land use restrictions therein imposed:
The West 105 feet of the East 180 feet of the
North 130 feet of the South 160 feet of
the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter, Section 2,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.;
AND the West 105 feet of the East 180 feet of
the North 110 feet of the South 270 feet
of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 2,
· Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 3036 and Ordinance 3195
are hereby further amended by making the reclassification
of the above-described property from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-Three (B-3) subject to the following land use
restrictions:
1. The use of the site shall be limited to the use
proposed in the Sound Dive Center, Inc. application, that
being an underwater diving school and sales area for related
equipment.

2. Any construction of new buildings except that of
a small addition north of the existing remodeled former residence
or minor additions to the former residence will require Planning
Con~nission site plan approval.
3. The tall light fixtures which now light the golf
course are to be removed to eliminate unnecessary light ~nd
glare in the neighborhood. These could be replaced with low
level, iow intensity ground light, if it is necessary to light
the parking area.
4. Any signs to be installed on the property shall be
approved by the Planning Department.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
PASSED by the City Council of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
