THE CITY ~DF..B~MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 220 of the City of Bremerton, the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are,
amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter 1 thereof as
follows:
The East half of the Northeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter, Section 20, Township 24 North,
Range 1 East, W.M., situate in Kitsap County,
Washington.
be, and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-one
(R-l) to Business-three (B-3)for use in conjunction with a
moving and storage warehouse subject to the following conditions:
1. Building set-back of not less than 75 feet
from the North margin of werner Road.
2. Trees or high shrubs shall be planted for
adequate screening on the portion fronting Werner Road.
3. Either natural screening, or planted high bushes,
or tree screening shall be provided on the east, west, and north
sides of the property; and the natural growth or planted screening
must be left in place on a 10 foot strip on the east, north and
west sides of the property.
4. Loading and unloading of trucks to be on the
north/%end of the warehouse .building only.
