No. 1792, and repealing Ordinance No. 2985.
THE CITY OF BRFA~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2985 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Pursuant to Planning Comission Resolution No. 196 of the
City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they
hereby., are, amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Section 4 thereof as follows:
P~rcel 14 Block 7, 4th Addition to Sheridan Park.

be, and the same hereby is, reclassified from Residential-One (R-i) to Residential
Two (R-2), with the following land use restrictions:
1. Development shall be essentially the same as shown on the site
plan.
2. Fencing shall be provided to screen the parking and play areas
on the east property line.
