maps according to Ordinance No. 1792
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No.218, the use and area maps of Ordinance
No.'~1~792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with-Title IV, Chapter 1, thereof as follows:
The West 219 feet of Tract 16, Manette Villa
Tracts, recorded in Plats, Volume 4, Page 95,
Records of Kitsap County, Washington
(S.E. Corner of Pine and Sylvan Way)
be and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential-One
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) for a two-story, six-unit
townhouse according to the site plan.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading
this ~? ay of September, 1971.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this~.~i~ day of
October, 1971.
