public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City ef
Bremerton, and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately followin~

PASSED uhaffimously on first reading by the City Council of the City of
gre~erton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 27th day of Se~teml~r 1971.
