AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2952
for correction purposes.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. of Ordinance No. 2952 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 205, the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792
be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Section 4, thereof as follows:
Lots 1 to 5 inclusive, Block I, Plat of Oyster Bay
Addition to Port Orchard Navy Yard, according to
plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 63, in Kitsap
County, Washington; EXCEPT that portion granted to
the State of Washington for highway by deed dated
April 11, 1942, under auditor's file No. 359521.
TOGETHER WITH that portion of vacated Edith Street
adjoining, which upon vacation, attached to said
premises by operation of law.

(R-i) to Business-Three (B-3) subject to the following conditions:
1. The development shall be essentially the same as
the site plan.
2. That all ingress and egress be from National
Avenue extended.
