AN ORDINANCE correcting Ordinance No. 2956 by
amendment.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2956 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution
No. 208, the use and area maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they
hereby are, amended in conformity with Chapter l, Section 4, thereof
as follows:
The west 50 ft of the following described property. That
portion of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter, Sec. l,
Twp 24 N, RiE, W. M., in Kitsap County, Washington, described as
follows; Beginning at a point which is S 88022'39'' E 30.02' from
the NW Cormer of said subdivision; thence S 3°51'40'' W 175.13';
thence S 88022'39'' E 280' to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing S 88022'39'' E 338.38', more or less, to the westerly
margin of Maple Avenue; thence S 3032'28'' W along said westerly
margin of Maple Avenue, a distance of 207.02'; thence N 88032'57" W
to a point which is S 3°51'40" W from the true point of beginning;
thence N 3°51'40" E to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT the W80'

(R-l) to Business Three (B-3) subject to the condition that the
development shall be essentially the same as the site plan.

point of beginning; thence N 3°51'40'' E to TPOB; EXCEPT W 80'.
be the same hereby is reclassified from Residential One (R-l)
to Residential Two (R-2) subject to the following conditions;
1.The development shall be essentially the same as the site
plan.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
day of September, 1971.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 7-'7/fday of September, 1971.
