AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps according to Ordinance No.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 211, the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and hereby are, amended in conformity
with Title IV Chapter l, thereof as follows'
The S 325' of the portion of the SW Quarter of the
SW Quarter and of Govt. Lotl, Sec. 15, TWP.24 N, R1E,
W.M. described as follows:
Beginning 6.90 chains E and 14.68 chains N of the SW
corner of said Section 15;
Thence N to the meander line of Oyster Bay;
Thence along said meander line Easterly to the W line
of National City, as per plat recorded in Vol. 2 of
Plats on page 33, records in Kitsap Co; thence S along
the W line of said plat to a point due E of the point
of beginning;
Thence W to the point of beginning EXCEPT portion lying
northerly of St. Hwy and EXCEPT any portion deeded to
State of Washington for Hwy. by deed dated July 13, 1925,
recorded on July 21, 1925, under Auditor's File No.
143596, and EXCEPT that portion thereof lying northerly of
a line draE parallel with and 65' southerly, when measur=
ed at right angles, from the centerline of PSH~21,
Bremerton to Kitsap Lake, as sho~ on that certain map of
definite location on file in the office of the Director
of Highways at Olympia and bearing date of approval,
January 27, 1942, and ~evised Septembem 26, 1968.
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from
Residential-One (R-I) to Business-Three (B-3).
