Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 213, the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and hereby are, amended in confort~.ity
with Title IV Chapter 1, thereof as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Eden Valley Addition, Vol
7 PP 90; Tax Lots 16 and 81 and the East 1~0'
of Tax Lot #2 Lots 19, 20, 21, ~, 23, 24, 25

be and the same hereby is reclassified fro~-~
Residential-One (R-l) to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading
