SECTION 1. There ts hereby appropriated to the General

No. 522-20-64, the ~ount of $2~0~.00; and to the Radio Naintenen=e
O~er~ent, to the it~ C~ital Outlay No. 521-71-6~, the

SECTION 2. There exists, end ia hereby d~lared to exist,
an ~ergency, end this Ordinance is.neceeea~ for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health end safety of the citiz~e
of Br~erton, and shall be in full force end affect immediately
upon passage ~d publication.
