AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps according to Ordinance
No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 209, the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Section 4, thereof as follows:
Manette Villa Tract 15 Section 2 Township 24
North Kitsap County Range 1 East W.M. State of
Washington.

be and the same hereby is reclassified from
Residential-One (R-i) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to
the following conditions:
1. The development shall be essentially the same
as the site plan.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
