AN ORDINANCE to vacate that certain right-
ofzway described as a portion of 9th Street,
adjoining Lot 1 and the easterly half of
E~ith Street in Port Orchard Navy Yard.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Brmerton
in its regular session of March 10th, 1971, by motion declared
its intention to hold a hearing on vacation of right-of-way
described as:
That portion of 9th Street, as recorded in
plat of Oyster Bay Addition to Port Orchard
Navy Yard; Vol 2 of Plats, page 63, adjoining
Lot 1 and the easterly half of Edith Street.
vacated.
and set the 7th day of April, 1971, as the date upon which to
hear objections to said vacation proceedings, and directed
notice of hearing to be posted and given in the manner and
form provided by law.
Section 2. That all of the above described portion of
the right-of-way be, and hereby are, declared vacated.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to certify a
copy of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording
with the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this /~ ~ay of April, 1971.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this ~J~day of
