AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:

Resolution No. 194 , the use and area maps of Ordinan. ce
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are, amended in conformity with
Chapter 1, Section 4, thereof as follows:
Lots 6, 7, 8, & 9 and the East 8 feet 4 inches of
Lot 10, Block 8, National City, According to Plat
recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 33, in Kitsap
County, Washington.
be and same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One
(R-I) to Business-Two (B-2) subject to the land use restrictions
provided for in that document entitled Declaration of Land Use
Restrictions and signed by the petitioners, a copy of which
is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

DECLARATION OF LAND USE RESTRICTIONS
VIP's Inc., a Washington Corporation, as the owner of the
following described property hereby covenant and agree that the land
of real property situated in the City of Bremerton, County of Ki~sap,
Washington descrlbed as follows:
Lots 6, 7, 8, & 9 and the East 8 fee~
4 inches of Lot i0, Block 8, National
City, according to Plat recorded in
Volume 2 of Plats, Page 33, in Kitsap
County, Washington.
shall be restricted in the following particulars, namely:
1. That the development be essentially the same as the plan which is
attached hereto and dated.
2. That all parking shall be provided within the site.
Electrical and ,telephone services on the site shall be underground.
Sanitary sewers are to be connected to the City of Bremer~on sewage
disposal system.
5. All storm drainage to be collected within the site and disposed of
in conformance with the specifications o~ the City of Bremerton
Engineering Dept.
6. The majority of the existing tree growth on the site will not be
disturbed during the development and shall remain in ~heir natural
state.
7. To insure an inSegrated development, the total development shall be
constructed and thereafter maintained as a unit. Such development
and maintenance shall be in accordance with this agreement and
approved site plan, irrespective of the sale or subdivision of
ownership of the total land described herein above.
